Hi new Notch Creative Producer! We love that you’re a creator at heart who knows how to bring to life an ongoing flow of snackable content for big brands. You can look at a client challenge & come up with the right creative solution from concept to production format (shooting on a phone? Whatever, you’ll get it edited on there too). You know what people like engaging with on FB, YT, IG, TW, LI, SC, et al & you’re excited to create the right type of content (still & moving) on behalf of brands. We are looking for a creative producer who can craft high level creative concepts, knows how to execute on those concepts, and has experience working with crews of all shapes and sizes.  Let’s make beautiful, amazing, & effective stuff!

Position Responsibilities:

Creative & Project Management:

  • Develop creative concepts, proposals, & budgets based on client needs
  • Manage all aspects of the production process, including budgets (pre-, during-, and post-production)
  • Compose and edit scripts, or provide screenwriters with story outlines from which scripts can be written
  • Manage assigned internal and external resources
  • Coordinate the activities of writers, directors, managers, and other personnel throughout the production process

Client Management:

  • Participate in and/or lead client meetings and presentations
  • Conduct and participate in meetings to discuss production progress and ensure production objectives are achieved
  • Present content for client approval at all appropriate stages of creative and production
  • Obtain internal approvals at all appropriate stages of creative and production

Team Leadership:

  • Perform management activities such as budgeting, scheduling, and planning
  • Meet with the senior management on a regular basis to discuss client issues and present solutions to make things better
  • Identify and pursue client opportunities

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:


  • University degree in Broadcast Journalism, Business, Film, Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or other relevant discipline
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in television, video and/or film production
  • Demonstrated ability to think and communicate strategically
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with heavy workloads and short deadlines
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and in writing) skills
  • Ability to assess, work and deliver on client needs
  • Proven ability to assist in the development of program content, including researching, writing and editing
  • Experience working with multiple sources of content
  • Working knowledge of leading edge online, video, film and broadcasting technology
  • Knowledge of current events, pop culture, video, web and broadcasting content
